Yes. Open the job in your dashboard to update the description, salary, or status. Changes publish instantly.

What is a Talent Community?

A Talent Community is your own always-on landing page where people join your pool before roles are advertised. You own the members, can message them directly, and competitors can't see them.

How do I launch and share a Talent Community?

Create it from your dashboard, then share the link on your website, email signatures, social channels, and QR codes in-store. Candidates can join in under a minute—no account needed.

How much does a Talent Community cost?

Talent Community Pro is included with our Pro plan. It covers your branded page, member database, instant alerts, and print/QR assets.

What happens after I make a payment?

Once payment is confirmed, your job goes live immediately. You'll get a confirmation email and can manage applications from your dashboard.

How do I contact support?

Use the Support form or email support@jobsearch.com.au. We respond within one business day (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm AEST).

What's your refund policy for job postings?

Once a job advertisement is published, we don't offer refunds for change of mind or unused listings. If a technical issue prevents your ad from displaying correctly, contact support within 7 days. If a fault is verified, we may re-publish or provide a credit at our discretion.
